1. Informational campaign for the project objectives and opportunities
This activity has been planned as a mean for providing of favourable and positive informational environment for development of the cross-border cooperation between the region of Yambol, Bulgaria and Edirne and Kirklareli, Turkey.
The informational campaign will consists of following elements:
1.1. Press-conference for starting of the project, its content, objectives and tasks and press-conference for finishing and results from the project
1.2. Informational messages in the media
1.3. Informational publications in the press media
1.4. TV debate "Cross-border cooperation - the new chance for the business from South-East Thrace"
1.5. Radio transmission "Development of the business between the regions of Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli"

2. Questioning-informative study and analysis of the state and opportunities for active development of the regional cross-border economic development and partnership Yambol - Edirne - Kirklareli
Through this activity the project provides opportunity using the means and tools of the sociology to be studied and analysed the state of the cross-border trade and economic cooperation between the regions of Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli, for the used and unused before opportunities which this form of neighbouring relations gives, for knowing of these opportunities by entrepreneurs, owners of companies, managers and representatives of local authorities, for their expectations and concepts for the future development.
It is foreseen the results and data from the study to become basis for the discussions and themes of the international conference "European aspects in the economic development of the cross-border region Bulgaria - Turkey".
The analysis of the results of the study will assist and direct in big extend the participants in the international conference as well as the members of the joint international public-consultative council in order to be identified and discussed the problems and proposals for their solving.

3. International conference "European aspects in the economic development of the cross-border region Bulgaria - Turkey"
Organising and conducting of international conference in the Yambol, dedicated to the integration of Bulgaria and Turkey in EU, the global society and their particular reflection on the cross-border regions of Yambol, Edirne and Kikrlareli (South-East Thrace).
Themes:
· History, traditions and culture of Yambol region and South-East Thrace;
· Legislative framework of Bulgaria's membership in EU;
· Institutional framework of EU;
· Social-economic review of the development of Bulgaria and Yambol region and of Turkey - Edirne and Kirklareli in the aspect of cross-border cooperation and European integration;
· Useful examples and practices in the field of cross-border cooperation in EU.
Participants: about 100 representatives of the business, of the local authorities and key public figures from both countries - 50 from Yambol region and 50 from Turkey - Edirne and Kirklareli.

4. Exhibition-plener and match-making company exchange of traditional products and services of producers from the cross-border region in Bulgaria and Turkey "Produced from friends for friends"
Organising and conducting of regional exhibition of traditional products and services of producers from cross-border region of Bulgaria and Turkey in the town of Yambol. The exhibition will be accompanied by parallelly conducted plener during which will be presented reports, dedicated to the development of the cross-border cooperation, as well as the results from the questioning-informative study and companies' presentations, presentations of products of successfully realised partnerships between Turkeish and Bulgarian companies and joint ventures.
In the framework of this activity will be organised also match-making company exchange between the entrepreneurs from the border regions - Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli with aim to be established real business contacts.
Participants: about 80 participants from both countries - producers, participating in the exhibition, public figures, representatives of the project partners and of the local authorities.

5. Joint international public-consultative council for cross-border economic development, investments and business monitoring
The project foresees creation of voluntary public-institutional structure for development of cross-border cooperation between Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli in which to participate representatives of the three bordering regions with aim to identify and discuss arisen problems, to define measures for their solving as well as for discussion and adopting of common priorities in the regional economic development of the cross-border region of South-East Thrace - Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli.
The joint public-consultative council will meet every two months on regular meetings and will consider questions of mutual interest in the field of business and wll prepare memorandum-proposals to the local and national authorities in both countries.
The joint public-consultative council will organse and conduct monitoring concerning the respect and implementation of laws and other documents related to the regulation of the business environment, custom and trade regime, competition, ecology, transport and other.
Participants: represetnatives of the chambers of commerce and industry - project partners, representatives of the local authorities, representatives of the business and non-governmental organisations.

6. Centre for informing and expert business consulting (CIEBC) on issues of cross-border and European character, productive and commercial cooperation
This activity envisages establishment of permanent working unit (CIEBC) with aim to accumulate, process and distribute information related to the development of the cross-border business cooperation between the three regions - Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli, to inform and consult companies and citizens with regard to the cross-border cooperation, to assist and to serve the activity of the public-consultative council for cross-border economic development, investments and business monitoring.
It is planned in the Centre for informing and expert business consulting (CIEBC) on issues of cross-border and European character, productive and commercial cooperation to be prepared and to work two experts with juridical, economic and specific qualification on the above mentioned subjects.
It is planned the CIEBC to start working from the second month of the project implementation and to be in service of the organisations and participants in the conference, exhibition and plener as well as of all people interesting in business partnership between Bulgaria and Turkey and in the preparation of the informational materials of the projects.

7. Virtual Internet platform for distance business consulting and informing in Bulgarian and Turkish languages

7.1. Internet application with opportunity for informational tranfer and consuting on the projects subjects
The project envisages elaboration, introduction and expert maintaining of specially designed for the purposes of the project and for facilitation of the exchange of information between the three bordering regions of Bulgaria and Turkey Internet application with opportunities for informational transfer.
The main aims of this Internet application are:
? Providing of actual and correct information on the issues of the cross-border relations and partnership between the regions of Yambol, Edirne and Kirklareli;
? The citizens and organisations from the bordering regions to have the opportunity through this application to ask their questions related to the cross-border, legal and economic and social problems, and to receive competent answers.
? Especially useful is the opportunity for active and concrete consuling using the service "Question-Answer" which will be opened for all users in on-line regime, in Bulgarian and in English languages.

7.2. Monthly on-line bulletin in Bulgarian and in Turkish languages "Forum for cross-border friendship and information"
Publishing of monthly on-line bulletin in Bulgarian and in Turkish languages for presenting of the pace of the preparation of the countries for integration and accession to EU, analyses of the mutual relations, opportunities for cooperation in the field of economy, trade and services.
The project partners will accummulate, process, summarize and analyze information for the bi-lateral relations between the organisations, the regions and the countries. The information in the bulletin will be published in both languages - in Bulgarian and in Turkish.
Frequency: Monthly.

7.3. On-line catalogue of companies, producers, entrepreneurs and traders from the cross-border region
The project envisages an on-line business catalogue in Bulgarian and in English languages to be designed, prepared and actualized with aim to include companies from the cross-border regions of Bulgaria and Turkey working and / or interesting in business cooperation with partners from these regions.
The catalogue will give opportunity for searching of companies by branch, by type of partnership, by state / region.
